CyberPhone Kitchen provides culinary education services including cooking classes, workshops, and related culinary experiences at our facility in Toronto, Canada, and through digital content.

3. Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Booking and Payments

Class Bookings

All class bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel classes, or limit quantities at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class: 50% refund
• No-shows: No refund provided

Cancellation by CyberPhone Kitchen

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, chef unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

6. Health and Safety

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we take precautions to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments. Participants with severe allergies attend at their own risk.

Kitchen Safety

All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our chefs. CyberPhone Kitchen is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of CyberPhone Kitchen and protected by copyright laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberPhone Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
